Well done to S2 Dutch and German students who braved the wind on Tuesday to collect litter from the school and its surrounds. Despite the harsh conditions, we managed to collect 9kg of litter! It was great to see so many students arrive with garden gloves from home, in the spirit of reducing waste.
A huge thank you to Valentina Minazzi from a local collecting group for lending us a set of pincers.
We hope to carry out the activity again with primary students who have also been collecting litter once the weather is more reliably sunny. We look forward to another valuable collection!
