Secondary Integrated Science students have been monitoring energy production and calculating the amount of CO₂ saved in our school, connecting directly to learning objectives in Integrated Science and Geography (energy sources, sustainability and climate systems), Mathematics (data handling, graphs and trends), and ICT (interpreting and presenting digital data).
Tracking our energy impact also supports the Sustainable Development Goal: SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy and SDG 13: Climate Action, while strengthening the Green School Energy pillar by making responsible energy use visible, measurable and meaningful to our whole school community.
